Wait, what is this again?

Gideon is a stage musical, and was originally slated for a premiere at the Hollywood Fringe festival in June of 2020. When the coronavirus pandemic put the kibosh on those plans, the team huddled up and decided to share the show with the world as an online workshop.

This presentation features a super-talented cast of actors on both coasts of the US, recording their dialogue and music at home. We’ve edited the total of their performances into a movie-like experience — if movies were shot on iPhones in actors’ living rooms.

While we’re still fervidly looking forward to the live stage premiere (we’re aiming for summer 2021), we’re hoping that this presentation will give a taste of the adventure to come.
